If evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above is found, JW88 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

JW88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Compliance with a directive from a legal or regulatory authority is required.
• At the member's own request to close the account.
